A pheromone is a chemical or a hormone. The endocrine glands are responsible to produce some hormones, which are actually chemical. These chemicals are present within the body of member of same species. The endocrine glands produce the pheromones, which are produced externally. There are different types of pheromones in body of human being. Pheromone initiates the response in the member of same species. The pheromone plays an important role in the onset of different physiological response. These pheromones have different functions. The aggregation pheromone is responsible for the expression of aggression toward the other member of same species. They show aggregation because they want to defend themselves in front of predators and to protect their territory. Pheromones are also the mean of communication between the two members of same species. Mostly female animals produce the pheromones and it is a calling process to the male partner. Animals produce pheromones to attract the other partner of same species.
